Customization and Mounting in Tight Spots

I’m trying to fit an actuator into a very narrow automotive interior panel to hide a display screen. The clearance is extremely tight. Does Progressive Automations offer custom mounting brackets for the micro series, or are the stroke lengths fixed? I need exactly 35mm of travel, but the standard options seem to jump from 25mm to 50mm.

For a tight automotive interior panel where clearance is super limited, low power actuators like the Micro Linear Actuators https://www.progressiveautomations.com/en-eu/pages/micro-linear-actuators are definitely worth considering because of their small size. However, their stroke lengths are generally fixed at the available increments (e.g., 25 mm, 50 mm), and there isn’t a built-in 35 mm option. Progressive Automations doesn’t usually offer custom mounting brackets or bespoke stroke lengths for the micro series, so you might need to adapt the panel with brackets, spacers, or mechanical linkages to achieve the exact travel you need.
