Is it better to focus on one app or combine several for personal growth?

I’ve been experimenting with different self-growth apps lately, and honestly, I feel a bit overwhelmed. At first, I downloaded just one habit tracker and it worked fine, but then I started adding meditation apps, journaling tools, even mood trackers. Now I have like five apps on my phone, and instead of feeling more organized, I sometimes feel scattered. A few days ago I even forgot to log something important because I couldn’t remember which app I was using for it. It made me wonder if I’m overcomplicating things. Do you think it’s better to stick with one app and go deep with it, or is combining several actually more effective in the long run?

I understand what you mean — I went through something similar last year. At one point, I was using several different apps, thinking each would help with a specific part of my routine, but it quickly became overwhelming to keep track of everything. What worked better for me was switching to a more unified approach. I came across something about the liven app and decided to give it a try, mainly because it brings together features like habit tracking, emotional check-ins, and daily routines in one place. It felt less scattered compared to juggling multiple tools. Of course, using several apps might still work for some people, but in my case, having everything centralized made it easier to stay consistent and reduced a bit of that daily stress.
