Wisconsin State Journal Digital Access Problems
I subscribed to the Wisconsin State Journal for online access, but recently I’ve had repeated problems opening subscriber-only articles. Sometimes the site recognizes my account correctly, while other times it suddenly asks me to subscribe again despite having an active membership. Refreshing the page only solves the issue temporarily before it returns later. Paid digital subscriptions should work much more consistently than this. The journalism itself is valuable, but technical account problems make the experience frustrating. I also noticed the issue happens more often on mobile devices. Has anyone else experienced subscription access issues with Wisconsin State Journal?
